Carrot Cake Protein Shake
A healthier take on a familiar spring time treat. Just blend the following to have your cake and protein, too!

- 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream Xyience Advanced Protein Complex
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp butter extract
- 1 tsp stevia (or other sweetener)
- Pinch of cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg
- 5-10 ice cubes to reach desired thickness
