Carrot Cake Protein Shake

A healthier take on a familiar spring time treat. Just blend the following to have your cake and protein, too!

  • 1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream Xyience Advanced Protein Complex
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp butter extract
  • 1 tsp stevia (or other sweetener)
  • Pinch of cinnamon, ginger & nutmeg
  • 5-10 ice cubes to reach desired thickness
