Strong core for summer!



These are called Dragonflies, an amazing workout for serious core strength.  Holding on to the top of the bench you want to control the movement of your legs up and over your head. When you reach this point, slowly control your legs straight up contracting the ab muscles and slowly lower over your head in a complete bend. You will return to starting position in the same controlled manner squeezing your abdominals until your legs are almost touching the bench, but just before your lower back can touch. Control it right back up again.  This is an Intermediate to Advanced core exercise.
