Green protein power pancakes
A secret ingredient gives these pancakes extra muscle building power!
1/2 cup oats ground into flour
1 scoop vanilla Advanced Protein Complex
1 egg white
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/3 cup almond milk (plus or minus to achieve batter consistency)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
And...1 cup spinach!
Blend, blend, blend until combined in a blender until pancake batter texture and cook like a conventional pancake. We promise you won't even notice those tricky veggies in there - but your body might!
