Using the back side of a preacher curl bench load an EZ curl bar with many smaller plates. With arms fully extended curl the bar upward then fully extend down FLEXING your tricep at the bottom.

Do as many reps as you can then "drop the weight" by removing a plate from each side then continue to drop for at least 3 total sets.

There is NO REST in between these sets. Also, all these drops are count as ONE SET. I use this as a warm up and do one set.
