Hey Moms don't forget about YOU! Not much time to workout? Get one in at the park while the kids play!

Try these exercises.

The first is a full body plank crunch. Start with your chins on the swing and walk your body out to a plank position. Slowly bring your knees to chest while keeping abdominals tight and contract.  Add a pushup if your up 4 the challenge.  It's a great full body strength exercise and excellent for the core!

Second exercise is to work those glutes!  Find any bench to do these. Make sure the glutes are off the bench and alternate legs bringing them straight up and down squeezing the glute at the top!
