Ingredients
  • 1 scoop Xyience Vanilla ice cream protein
  • 1/2 cup ice or to your liking for shake to thickness
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 1/3 packet of Sugar Free Jello lemon pudding
  • 1 tbl spoon agave nectar or to your preference/splenda for less calories
  • 1/2 teaspoon of butter extract

 Blend together THEN lastly add 1/3 cup granola and lemon zest then blend again to get that taste of cookie bits. :)

*Egg white optional
*Oreos are only for garnishment and photo



 Competitor/ Athlete high protein/ Meal replacement option 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • 1/3-1/2 packet of Sugar Free Jello lemon pudding for lemony taste 
  • 3 egg white
  • 2 tbl spoon agave nectar or to your preference/splenda for less calories
  • 1/2 teaspoon of butter extract

 Blend together THEN lastly add 1/3 cup granola and Lemon Zest then blend again to get that taste of cookie bits :)
