Michael Palmieri is one of those latter stories. Born and raised in the valley, Palmieri is one light that shines brighter than any casino on the strip.

First, let me tell you about his day job, so to speak. Palmieri is, for lack of a better word, a strength trainer, but he is really more than that. If I was to go over every significant title he has earned, you would be reading a l-o-n-g time. Let’s just say the man is talented at many aspects of life.

Today at his ISSAC gym, aka the “Institute of Sports Science & Athletic Conditioning”, as part of the Endeavor Media Group, Palmieri gave a group of us an inside look at what he does on a daily basis.

What did you expect us to do when you have the lovely Yvette, Ashley and Helen in attendance? These young ladies will be ring girls at future MMA events.
