Krzysztof “The Polish Experiment” Soszynski is an ultimate athlete that lives under his motto: No What Ifs! After fighting for Los Angeles Anacondas in International Fight League (IFL), moved on to appearing in season 8 of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) television series. He has since been signed to the UFC in 2009. He specializes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, boxing and wrestling.

Since he was 16 years old, Krzysztof took up weight training and eventually went into bodybuilding. From bodybuilding, he switched into professional wrestling. He trained at a camp where he met WWE wrestler Bad News Brown, who showed him an armbar and kimura, which is what turned his life around. After this encounter, he went on to finding the best Jiu-Jistu gym in town, quit professional wrestling, participated in grappling tournaments, and had his first MMA fight 6 months later.

Not only is he a UFC fighter, but he is also an actor and stuntman who has appeared on television series such as CSI and Disarmed and Dangerous. His next movie is Here Comes the Boom – due out October 12th. He is currently training for the upcoming 2012 film Tapped.

Krzysztof’s latest work involves working closely with athletes with his expertly designed system, called the KSOS Training System. The KSOS system provides amateur and pro athletes with the training, specifically conditioning, and the nutrition they need. He and his wife are in the process of writing a book on the KSOS system and looking forward to sharing his experiences and expertise with the world.
