| Feature | Benefit |
| Creatine Monohydrate | Supplementation has been shown to increase high-intensity exercise performance and decrease fatigue rates in both men and women. Creatine has also has shown to increase muscle strength, muscle size and fat-free body mass. |
| Arginine AKG, Arginine Ketoisocaproate, Arginine Hcl | Involved in hormone secretion and muscle protein synthesis. Also a precursor to nitric oxide, which promotes vasodilation (relaxation of the blood vessels) for improved nutrient flow to the muscles. |
| Glutamine, N-Acetyl-L Glutamine, Glutamine AKG | During intense physical exercise, glutamine levels drop, making supplementation necessary. Supplementation in athletes plays an important role in the regulation of carbohydrate metabolism and muscle protein synthesis as well as muscle repair and recovery after exercise. |
| Ornithine | A precursor of arginine and nitric oxide. Ornithine is needed for anabolic hormone release of insulin and growth hormone and for the production of glutamine. |
Dear Xyience,
My life's been crazy for the past 9 months (tomorrow) since my wife and I had twin girls, which by the way, are worth all the trouble in world. Unfortunately, I've had to change my schedule to get up crazy early everyday just to work out (or I don't get to see them). I've been dabbling around with different pre-workout supplements for some time, but a friend recommended NOX-CG3 to me a month and a half ago, and I seriously had one of those "Where have you been all my life?" moments. I love the formulation, and the results back it up. It's got a great creatine mix, the solid NO boosters, and none of the crazy stimulants. I've tried other stuff (Jack 3D, NO Xplode, etc…), but I couldn't find the right blend that you guys have with NOX-CG3.The taste could be better (which is subjective), but I'm really only concerned with results. I can't recommend it enough.
Cheers!
John Nelson
