XYIENCE RETURN POLICY
All Xyience products have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee and may be returned
to us for credit against future Xyience website purchases. To receive credit, at
least 50% of the product must be returned to us within 45 days of purchase. We cannot
refund shipping or return shipping fees. Prior to returning any merchandise, please
call us at 866-XYIENCE (866.994.3623) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.
XYIENCE PRIVACY POLICY
The following statement discloses our consumer privacy practices for Xyience.com.
We do update our policy from time to time. All updates will be published at this
site and will be highlighted to enable you to quickly and easily understand any
changes to our practices.
Xyience takes your privacy seriously. We are committed to ensuring that the personal
information we gather from you is secure and confidential. We do not sell, rent
or trade our customers' personal data.
The information we collect to process your Xyience order includes data such as your
name, e-mail address, mailing address, telephone number and credit card information,
such as the credit card number and expiration date. This information is used to
fill your order and/or keep you updated on your order status.
